Returns & Exchanges

At Engo Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vision and style. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it is protected during transit, including all accessories and documentation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
